Summer Wellness Classes

$45 per person, $175 (5 classes), $300 (10 classes) / Private Instruction $ 100 per person, $150 two people.

Hatha Yoga

Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 8-9am
This class focuses on a range of introductory yoga asanas appropriate for students with no or some prior experience. The class emphasizes correct alignment, balance, mobility, and stress relief suitable for all ages and physical abilities.


Spring Forest Qi Gong (Level 1 & 2)

Friday-Saturday 8-9am
Spring Forest Qigong transforms energy by working with these parts all at the same time.

  • Movements Activate Qi: Physical exercises to awaken the vitality of the body.
  • Breathing, Cultivating Qi: A pivotal element to transforming energy and accessing the body’s internal healing intelligence.
  • Mental Focus: Also known as visualization. A pivotal element to powerfully train your mind for directing the Qi.
  • Sound: Using the frequency of vibrations to synchronize or raise our own energy vibration
