MediSpa Modalities
- Hot Handpiece: Gently warms the skin to 42˚C, which helps to increase collagen production, repair skin cells, strengthen elasticity and dilate the pores.
- CO2 Buffing Tip: Gently buffs away dead skin cells while increasing oxygen to fuel cell metabolism leading to quicker cell turnover, wound healing, and a decrease in bacteria.
- HydraDermabrasion AquaPeel: Perfect for all skin types and offers a deep pore cleanse, exfoliation, and rejuvenation.
- Radio Frequency: A powerful collagen remodeling tool using altering electromagnetic waves to create heat within the epidermal and dermal tissue. These waves stimulate water molecules in the tissue to move, and this movement increases the dermal tissue temperature to rise to 39-42˚C, and the fibroblast activity within the dermis is activated. As the fibroblast activity increases, new collagen is formed.
- Microcurrent Skin Tightening: Low electrical energy mimics the body’s electrical impulses to stimulate cellular activity. This electrical energy helps to release Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), the main energy carrier for all living things. By stimulating this cellular process, we can increase cell renewal and wound healing and improve fibers which strengthen the skin.
