The hotel sits at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, about a mile from Grand Teton National Park, so a spa afternoon and a morning in the park fit into one stay.

Cancellations inside that window and no-shows are charged the full price of the service, and rescheduling inside it carries a $50 fee. A 22 percent service charge is added to all services.

The MediSpa treatments use a facial aesthetic device with seven modalities. The MediSpa Silver runs 50 minutes from $250 and uses three of them, The MediSpa Gold runs 75 minutes from $330 and uses five, and The MediSpa Platinum Experience runs 90 minutes from $385 and uses all seven. Six-treatment series are priced at $1,250, $1,650 and $1,925. Advanced organic facials use Eminence Organic Skin Care: the Berry Bright Summer Facial and the Organic Wildflower Facial run 60 minutes from $215, and the Rehydrating Stone Crop Facial runs 90 minutes from $310. Massage, body therapies and bath rituals complete the menu.

The outdoor infinity pool is a warm saline pool open all year, with the Teton Village Commons and the mountains behind it. The rooftop hot tub on the sixth floor is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM for adults 18 and older, and any hotel guest can use it with or without a spa treatment. The fitness center is on the third floor with views over the pool, and its equipment covers a normal training week. WiFi runs throughout the property and the suites have workspaces, so a wellness day and a work day fit around
each other. Jackson Hole Airport is 21.2 miles away, about 35 minutes.

Every treatment at Chill Spa includes men’s and women’s lockers, the steam rooms, the rooftop hot tub and a co-ed relaxation lounge with herbal teas and fruit. The spa facilities and locker rooms are for treatment guests only and are for ages 18 and older, though massage is available from age 16 and facials from age 13 with an adult present. To secure your desired time at the spa, we kindly request that you make your treatment reservation prior to your arrival at the resort. Appointments are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a resort reservation or credit card.

Guests must be 18 or older to use Chill Spa facilities and have access to the spa locker rooms. Guests 16 and older may receive massages treatments, and guests 13 and older may receive facial treatments. Any guest under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We understand that sometimes plans change. To avoid a cancellation fee, we require that you notify the spa to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Please be aware that appointments canceled after this time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full price of the service. Additionally, rescheduling an appointment within this late cancellation window will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling your appointment is subject to availability.

To begin your spa experience in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
