Mountain Biking Adventures
Steps from the hotel is a brand new network of single-track mountain bike trails for all skill levels to explore. Hitch a ride to the top of them on the Teewinot chairlift, without having to break a sweat. You may want venture further into wildflower-saturated Jackson Hole backcountry. Our adventure specialists can help you rent bikes right in Teton Village, and direct you to the most fun trails. We can even find you a guide or instructor to help you along the way.
Paved and dirt roads and trails throughout Jackson Hole offer incredible views and another excellent way to explore the area. Some of our favorite rides are along National Elk Refuge Road or on the more than 60 miles of paved Pathways that run throughout the valley. If you’re up for a challenge, you can try cycling over Teton Pass.

It’s hard to keep your eye on the ball when you play golf in Jackson Hole. Our favorite two semi-private courses are just a short drive from the Hotel and tucked at the base of the dazzling Teton range. The Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis championship course, ranked #1 in Wyoming by Golf Digest, combines a cleverly designed layout with stunning views. The Teton Pines championship golf course was designed by Arnold Palmer and boasts beautiful water features and more eye-popping mountain views.
Adventures in the Skies
The big skies of Wyoming offer some of the most scenic summer activities in Jackson Hole - dramatic landscape as far as the eye can see that begs to be explored. Make like one of the many bald eagles in the area and fly high!
The only thing more exciting than watching a vibrant hot air balloon lift up high among the mountain peaks is to actually be in one. The whoosh of the air on your ascent and then the exquisite silence as you marvel at the stunning, endless landscapes below…it’s a summer activity in Jackson Hole not to be missed.
Anyone who has tried it will tell you that a glider ride needs to be on the bucket list. There is a certain magic to motorless flight above the Tetons and surrounding mountain ranges that simply has to be experienced to be truly understood. It’s at once simple and extraordinary.
Launching from the top of the ski resort or other select locations around the Jackson Hole valley, Paragliders dot the sky with their colorful ‘wings.’ Let a trained instructor take you tandem gliding among the mountain peaks, with gentle but thrilling dips and swings that will make you want to do it again and again.
