4th of July in Jackson Hole

There’s a lot going on in Jackson during the Independence Day holiday including fireworks, a parade, live music, a rodeo, and much more. Here are a few of our favorite events during 4th of July in Jackson Hole!
Get revved up fro the holiday weekend on July 3rd in Teton Village with free outdoor music and dancing in the Village Commons with Calle Mambo and an early, world-class firework display post-show at 10 pm. All of which is just steps from Hotel Terra.
Start your 4th of July celebration the same way Jackson locals have since 1977: Pancakes from the Jackson Hole Jaycees! The Jackson Hole Jaycees Pancake Breakfast will be from 7–10:30 AM on Friday, July 4. The hearty portions of eggs, sausage, and pancakes will fuel you for the action-packed day to follow. And, our community benefits from this annual 4th of July tradition in Jackson because all profits from the breakfast go to the Jaycees programming, like the community fireworks show and scholarships for local students. Tickets cost $10 in advance for adults, $6 in advance for kids 5 and older; $12 and $6 if purchased at the event. Children under five are FREE. Head to Center Street in downtown Jackson for 4th of July breakfast made by the Jackson Hole Jaycees.
Don’t take off after breakfast because the annual 4th of July Parade at 10:30 AM. The 4th of July Parade’s path starts on Snow King Avenue rolls down Broadway and ends on Willow Street. From the sidewalks of downtown Jackson you’ll see horses and clowns, locals on roller skates and in classic cars, live music, and more!
The evening’s events get underway with live music at 6 PM presented by Grand Teton Music Festival. This festive performance in the heart of Teton Village is the perfect patriotic way to celebrate 4th of July. Enjoy classics like God Bless the U.S.A. and The Glory of the Yankee Navy to get you in a patriotic mood. Remember it is free, but ticketed event.
An annual tradition, the Jackson Hole 4th of July Rodeo starts at 8 PM. Watch the roping, wrangling, and bucking as the summer sun ducks behind the Teton Range.
Then, it’s time for fireworks! Stop everything at 10 PM and head outside for a fireworks extravaganza that you won’t forget. Two shows will get underway at the stroke of 10—one in Jackson at the base of Snow King Mountain and another in Teton Village at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Hotel Terra is has prime spots to take in the show so make sure you are booked in advance!
